Do you have health information you want to communicate but you’re not sure where to start?

Do you need a writer with a medical background and stella writing skills to build credibility and authority?

Yes? Let’s chat

I’m Sarah, an Auckland medical writer specialising in plain English and founder of Sayline Writing Solutions. I write content that’s succinct, relevant, well researched and has a clear call to action.

I help health businesses, organisations and not-for-profits like yours to connect with your audience in both print and online.

As an experienced writer with a 14-year nursing background I can help with whatever your health content needs are.

What I do

What do I do as a medical writer?

To put it simply, which is what I do best, I work closely with you to collate all your ideas and turn them into something people will understand and enjoy reading.

There’s not much point throwing lots of facts, figures and medical terminology at people if they don’t understand what it means. What you need is to inject your content with some plain English magic, and that’s where I can help.

My why

For me, being a medical writer isn’t just about pulling a few sentences together. While I can do that (actually pretty well!), why I love writing about health is a lot to do with my time working as a nurse and how I became a writer.

Come and say hi

I use my experience – as a writer and a health professional – to write plain English content your audience will love.

See my work

I’m based in Auckland but I do most of my work remotely, so wherever you are in New Zealand or elsewhere I can help. Thanks to the wonders of technology, I’ll never be too far from where you are.

I can help you with small or large projects – one day, one week, one month or indefinitely.

If you need some more examples of my work, send me an email or give me a call and I’ll send you through some more shining examples of me stringing a sentence or two together.

I’d love to hear from you, infact I’m waiting for your email right now. Well, not exactly sitting around waiting for it, I’m probably writing, but I do look forward to hearing from you soon.
